Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and
holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We ship
within the United States via USPS and/or UPS. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business
days after processing, depending on carrier and location.

High-Value Orders
For everyone's protection, higher-value orders may ship with insurance and
signature confirmation.

Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email shop@grailstcg.com within 7 days
of the expected or actual delivery date with your order number and photos. We'll
work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our store: 2207 Northwood Drive, Suite A3, Salisbury,
MD 21801. Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll email you when your order is
ready.
