Refund & Return Policy
At Grails TCG, every order is packed and inspected by hand, and we want you to
buy with confidence. Please review our policy below.
Sealed Product
Unopened sealed product (booster boxes, packs, bundles, tins, etc.) may be
returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided it is
unopened and in its original, unused condition. Once sealed product has been
opened, it cannot be returned.
Single Cards & Graded Cards
Because of the collectible nature of individual cards, single cards and
professionally graded (PSA/BGS/CGC) cards are final sale. The only exceptions
are items that arrive damaged in transit or that are materially not as described
(wrong card or incorrect condition/grade). In those cases, contact us within
7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a replacement,
exchange, or refund.
Opened Packs & Boxes
To protect the integrity of our products, opened packs and boxes are not eligible
for return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email shop@grailstcg.com
within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and
packaging. Any error on our end is on us to fix.
How to Start a Return
Email shop@grailstcg.com with your order number and reason for return. Approved
returns must be shipped back in original condition with tracking. Return shipping
is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process approved
refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original
shipping charges are non-refundable.
In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases at our Salisbury location follow the same guidelines and may be
exchanged or refunded with a valid receipt within 14 days, subject to the same
product conditions above.
